Jeezus. Thugs with badges. They are scum not worthy of the air they breathe, and this photo only reinforces that fact.
Cop's name is finnigan ?
There's a good name for a limerick.
There once was a cop named finnigan
who behaved as if he were ten again
He'd break into a store
grab cash from a drawer
And the next night he'd break in again.
No arrest was filed tho. The police dept. doesn't even know his name. The tongue hanging out looks staged...I could be wrong. Would be great if the man came forward to tell his side.
Going by the officer who was fired side of thee story he was a man with two pounds of weed and two shot guns. I'm not sure if had a permit for the guns. The officers lawyer said they may not be guns. They could be broomsticks, carved to look like guns and that the man could have been on his way from a Christmas pageant but took the reindeer suit off.
Regardless they should not be posing with a citizen this way inside of a police station.

The other cop's name is McDermot
and a lesson from this he should learn it
If you must have your fun
strapping horns to a bum
any picture you take you should burn it.
Federal prosecutors gave the photo to police investigators in 2013 about two years after Finnigan — the notorious other cop in the picture — was sentenced to 12 years in prison for leading a crew of rogue cops in robberies, home invasions and other crimes.
Sounds like a history of criminal activity by at least one of the former officers.
