Can you imagine what he'll go through out in the yard? Haaar! The man will be completely devoid of any lingering foot fetish after a year of being in prison with the boys.
"Yo; bro, get yer azz over here and licks my feet.....my yard Nikes are 12 years old and my feets knows it."
Yeah ok... "Patrick Quinn, a former Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District police officer, entered a guilty plea Wednesday to the charge of official oppression. He was sentenced to one year in the Harris County Jail".
A what???
A police officer that is employed by a school district. What are you confused about?
Quinn got sentenced to one year in jail last week. Other sources claim this wasn't the first time he had done this, or something similar.
"Officer Quinn told the woman he had found drug paraphernalia in her car and threatened to arrest her. Officer Quinn then told the woman that he had a foot fetish and that he would let her go if she would allow him to smell and lick her feet."
"The woman told investigators and prosecutors with the Civil Rights Division of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office that when she removed her boots and socks and placed her feet on the passenger seat, Officer Quinn told her she had a third option, give him her underwear."
Every time I read a story like this it raises the hackles on my neck. Scary stuff that some officers are bad people and allowed to be on the job. Kudos to the brave woman who turned this officer into his superiors.
That being said, I trust cops more than criminals and in all my years I've never had a bad experience with an officer of the law. I had two officers in my home once after being robbed and they were consummate professionals. I've been stopped for speeding twice and given a gracious warning. I once was given a traffic ticket and deserved it.
Police aren't gods. They are people who should be held to a higher standard. I wouldn't want that job and respect them.
I think we need to lay off on "cops gone bad" stories ...
