Pathetic and likely to end in a lawsuit (which the county will lose) as soon as someone gets around to complaining that the sign is up on public property.
Such displays of petty childishness are best left for private property.

The sign is meant to inflame people, not welcome them. I see a lawsuit coming,,, and probably rightfully so.
