If you're really concerned about the officer you should make a title that doesn't leave doubt into whose at fault.
It is a little hard to place blame when there is an investigation going on. One girl was on one of the TV stations already complaining that the man was there to shop and got killed instead. I hope it turns out O. K for the officer. He probably kept others from being killed.
I hope there aren't riots and ridiculous political nonsense as a result.
This young thug was well on his way to death row with a long rap sheet including shooting a 12y/o.
Who shoots in a MALL? A crowded mall? With children? On Christmas Eve?
