Yes there was a fire, but it wasn't hit by anything that seriously compromised the structural integrity like on 9/11 that some posters seem to reference here.

My guess is that maybe there could have been a REALLY fat firefighter that fell and caused the building to collapse. I'm sure whomevers a child of that male or female firefighter was would be mighty embarassed.
Are you sure? This is a prime case for terror; a secular Muslim country and a bunch of Islamist nuts who think having fun is sinful, except when they do it.

Doesn't mean there isn't one but they aren't too subtle and typically take immediate credit.
If there turns out to be one then it will regain media attention. IMO.
the twin towers collapsed because of their cost saving design.
They wanted buildings that could be built on the cheap.
They got what they paid for.
If the airplanes had struck virtually any other skyscraper in new york there would have been no collapse.
An advanced european country, such as germany, would never have allowed them to be built.
