This must be one of the dumbest complaint about the recent SW I ever read.

If someone is talking about something that just came out it should be common sense if you are going to say something that is a big spoiler you should add spoiler tags. That is like reading a thread about an older Harry Potter book yet someone just blurts out the ending of the last book.

The Force Awakens is in the title of this thread.

I mean, seriously.

So? This thread wasn't even about the movie itself but some MRA thing which makes it even worse. If we were in the movie section and I was reading a topic about it I could understand (even then unless the title says spoilers they should have the decency to spoiler tag it) but surely someone should be able to read a topic that has nothing to do with the story itself without reading spoilers. I guess when the next Game of Throne book comes out I'll find a topic vaguely related to it and just willy nilly talk about the ending.

That might be what you think is an issue with the movie. I'm sure lots of folks would disagree with you.

What would they be protesting BESIDES SOMETHING IN THE MOVIE!??
The font of the poster?

You can't possibly be this obtuse.

Just at the box office, the movie has made OVER a BILLION dollars.....Disney isn't worried about these little boys one little bit. That doesn't include the money on all the merchandise.

I didn't care for a female lead as long as the story is believable and well done. It's neither.

I haven't seen the new movie and probably will not bother with this one. From the reviews I've read its basically a remake of the first 3 with different people. They blow up a death star for the third time. Talk about originality.lol. So why bother to go. Honestly, I've pretty well given up on movies. REhash of the same old movies from 20+ years ago, redone, with lots of action and no character development, plastic characters, and CGI instead of real people and scenery. I've got better things to do with my time and money.
