I assure you that she wasn't just an employee when something like this happened she was one of those higher up on the chain. Believe what you wish.

What sort of charity? My kid got ate by a gator foundation. Nothing will bring their child back no matter how much money they get. I just don't understand how money would solve anything to be honest.
Unless like someone else said that they were the bread winner in the family.

Even then, typically she'd have to sign a no-discussion clause of sorts, for which she could be fined or jailed for violating, which is why I have my doubts. You could be right. Actually, I'm pretty sure there WAS some sort of settlement; just skeptical that it would be so carelessly discussed.

It's kinda hard to do that in this case since it's new, you know?

All that was said is that when something like this happens Disney pays because it beats going to court & having their name dragged though the mud even more. Same with someone getting hurt they pay for everything when that happens as well.

Such a tragedy. I hope they are truly able to move forward and that their pain somehow lessens (or something...)
Good. I agree w/other posters that they've already gotten a big settlement from Disney.

Why the hell do they think they have any right to sue? It's not Disney's fault. I'm not trying to make light of a tragedy but this is just that. A tragedy and an accident.

A lot of people have in mind that someone should pay for the family losing their child... not sure how but there is it.
