Assuming that this self-absorbed child even makes it through college and gets a degree, landing a good job and keeping it may be a problem for her. I can imagine that her list of demands to a prospective employer might not be well received.
The roommates should tell her that they will draw numbers, play rock, paper, scissors, or employ some other fair way of making these choices, if there's any disagreement.
A big mistake to antagonize them right off the bat, for sure.

There are some big red flags for a personality disordered person here. Luckily, with her writing, I can't imagine she wont flunk out of college quickly. And "ticking time bomb"...yeah try that on your professors.
You'll get the top bunk over YOUR desk, yes, THAT will be your desk, and you'll like it. Otherwise you can take your s***** attitude to another dorm, or another country, for that matter.

I wish more schools would drop the random room mate process and allow people to select their own room mates. Being able to have input as to whom you live with is a reasonable expectation.
I know one of the justifications is that it teaches people to relate to others. This claim, however, is a propaganda charade in most cases.
