I had a housemate very similar to this chick, and she was a lot of fun to provoke. Nothing harmful, just things I knew would make her go ape****. ;p

Mind you, I was 20 then. Not so mature of me, but no harm done.
LOL We totally could have been roommates in college.

Next time you quote and completely contradict a post, you should write more than a sentence and try to explain your reasoning.

That's what would have happened when I was in school. But the administrations at colleges had balls back then, and didn't put up with these types of people.
What? Why should she get expelled? She wrote a bitchy email, she didn't beat or murder someone. Come on, have some perspective.

The poster described it for me - I see no reason to repeat. Read what the poster wrote. People are more solitary than ever before. That's dangerous IMO because people tend to live in a vacuum of their own thoughts and ideas, which feed upon themselves. Interactions with people who are different from us fosters growth and tolerance.

We don't have much to worry about,

Snowflake's mom will have her in her own 3000/month apartment by Halloween.

Having a preference is something that needs addressed with the Resident Moderator or the School Housing.

I commend persons who are direct on what they may "prefer. How it was conveyed does come off unwelcoming. She got off on the wrong foot.

Her assertive measures lacked regard or compromise.

Resident Moderators could have addressed this instead of it going viral...

Not expelled, but have her spot taken away. Colleges don't have to accept everyone that applies, but perhaps it is a little harsh. She just seems like a huge red flag to me.

She's been accepted already. Do you think telling her sorry, your personality is too harsh, we're yanking away your spot, is logical? It's not. She got into that school based on her merit I assume. Has nothing to do with her aggressive nature of that email.

LOL! She deserves whichever closet she gets stuffed into, until the other two are finished deciding which beds and desks they are going to take. The correct response to an email like that, is a cordial invitation to attend an Amish Rakefight.
