Safety seats are for the people who can't fly without an animal. Not for people with allergies severe enough to need medicine.

I grew up around ducks and, trust me, you don't want to stand within three feet of a duck when they 'have to go.' It splashes everywhere. Any animal on a plan should be required to wear a diaper.
