I remember hearing about this incident, but I thought I remember reading that he hadn't taken any drugs. But it was pot that turned him into a cannibal? Really?

It wasn't the drugs fault, it is all on him since he CHOSE to take the drugs.

Maybe a guard needs to leave a 6 foot piece of rope somewhere this guy can find it and let nature take it's course. I have no sympathy for him at all.

True, he chose to do the drugs and is responsible. But it doesn't help that we have a bunch of people telling kids that illegal drugs are safe and it's all a big pharma conspiracy.

Yes, I am tired of hearing adult criminals referred to as "kids".

I seriously doubt it was pot that made him go eat someone's face. He was on some other drug or just plain crazy. Anyway, his life is over. He'll be doing a lot more crying after bubba gets through with him in jail.

OP trying to make this another cannabis boogeyman story, while alcohol is the first thing noted in his toxicology report, while only trace amounts of cannabis, indicating that NO, he didn't smoke pot and then attack these people.

What a freak. He needs to be locked up far from society where he would have the chance to flip out again and murder innocent people.

This should be a lesson to parents and everyone that this guy was acting out and asking for help well before he killed that couple. It has to be the most difficult decision but call the police and get the person some help because you could save a life or 2.
