But what "reasoning", other than a low sense of self-worth (and the responsibility that goes with it) would cause a person to do this?

What "reasoning" has lead you to believe that it was "a low sense of self-worth" that led her to do it?

A model risks losing her eye after an attempt to tattoo her eyeball left her partially blind and crying purple tears.

Two months ago, 24-year-old Catt Gallinger of Ottawa, Canada, decided to have a purple scleral tattoo, which is when the sclera, or white part of the eyeball, is injected with dye.

But just hours after allowing her then boyfriend to inject the purple ink into her eye, it was clear something had gone wrong when her eye started leaking and became swollen, causing her sight to blur. Now she’s facing the prospect of losing the vision in her eye completely.

Looks like the right eye to me. But the left eye is swollen in one of the pictures. Fake?

With the exception of pierced ears and by that I mean one pierce per ear.

Enough damage from facial piercings but it is unimaginable for me to imagine anyone foolish enough to pierce their own eye.
Those lip plates were interesting.

Do you really need that explained or are you just messing with people?

Maybe she does it for fun or maybe she does it because she knows it will get a rise out of people.
