I can't even sign in to my own bank account online when using a different device/computer without jumping through some serious hoops.
And as for stolen credit card numbers, what are you gonna do with them? You can't buy stuff online and have it shipped to your house. Well, I guess you could but you're going to jail if you do.
Having said that, I'm not saying this stuff doesn't happen. Stupid people do use stolen info. They often get caught but it still creates a big mess for the person whose info was stolen.

They tried to spend $350.00 at some grocery store in Africa with my credit card number. My bank called me ASAP. They didn't even let the charge go through.
