The point is, if she can get around, wherever she's been around town, in and out of stores or whatever, up the steps of the bus......
somehow she cannot possibly move ONE ROW BACK to a seat that was being offered to her by a young man?!? She's sooooo elderly and disabled that a few more steps is absolutely not possible for her???
"Disability" is not her problem in this situation. The words that describe her actual problem are not allowed on this forum.
As I was stating in my previous post in a roundabout way, we are both on the same wavelength.

Your post isn't worth a response.
Doubtful you're a physician. Deciding the nature of her disabities isnt your job.

I'm looking at it through her eyes; she doesnt see it as wrong doing.
An uproar isnt necessary to change her stand; if change was even possible.
Well than you're looking at it through the wrong pair of eyes.
I am glad people spoke up, because anyone halfway decent knows it was wrong of her.

Yes, I said that earlier. The guy directly behind her says "take my seat". If she can get around taking buses and hauling groceries she is doing OK. This was nothing more than sheer arrogance.
Karma is a b**ch, she may find someday she is in a wheelchair or needs a walker and gets the same treatment.

I wonder if she was a regular rider or if anyone even got her name or any details for after the investigation is over. I agree that I highly doubt she's disabled and she doesn't look much older then 60 something so I doubt she's elderly.
Any handicapped person I know, myself included would have done the decent thing and moved so the wheelchair guy could board and not sit out in the heat to wait for another bus. I really hope there are changes in policy with the disabled or elderly seating. Heck, even elderly disabled people I know would have moved

You sure did ask about her age. She didn't look that old to me.
Yes. I did ask about her age. I am curious because nothing was said in the news story about how old she is. There doesn't seem to be much information about her.
Just unbelievable, the sense of entitlement - apparently, not only millenials can be blamed for 'taking care of numero uno' since this is an older lady. Video of incident, including the bus driver attempting to reason with her, in the link:
I would definitely Wonder out loud to myself, why in the world would a elderly disable woman move for a bus load of hostile irate passengers yelling at the top of theirs lungs at her. Somebody else was trying to persuade her to move using common decency for theirs handicapped elders which was the proper thing to do instead of using threats and curses. Try talking to your elders in a calm voice offering to move her pull along cart and assisting her in any other way necessary?

Same can be said for your own intolerance.
Keep telling yourself its just arrogance.
