lol ok so then I say to myself hmm if I go out and weed the garden I will sweat this out.
lets just say this wasn't one of my brightest ideas. and I may have to "smack " him for this idea lol
vp cats I will try the pillow thing or sleep on the sofa sitting up
this is the first time I have gotten really sick in almost 4 years since I got a flu shot.
I use to get bronchitis once a year so I really think it helped .
Yeah I have the bronchitis so I've been really scared to get the flu shot because I didn't want to get sick unnecessarily, but I'm going to do it this year.

Karla, get some tea, add some honey, and a couple of shots of liquor - rum? It will make you sweat for sure. Just stay home in case you get a little (or a lot) tipsy.

Karla..don't work out until you feel better..you can't "sweat it out". You might feel worse. Give yourself time to get better.
Have a great day everyone..hope everyone is feeling ok!

I did my exercise tape then took all the depression glass out of my garden window and washed it, cleaned shelves and the windows, inside and out I guess that exercising is giving me more energy

Hey Roma, the hurricane didn't give us any trouble, it went in to the north of us, we only got 2 1/2 inches of rain, it's just another HOT day in Texas

And Karla GO TO THE DOCTOR! My husband was sick with coughing that turned into bronchitis because he didn't go to the doctor.
