Never got back on yesterday, sat in bed nursing a bladder infection, and it was such a beautiful day to waste! Never mind, feeling better today but have not gotten out to walk.
I've got to finish laundry and clean, plus need to shop a bit.
Sorry to hear that, Sandy. It really sucks to miss a nice day this time of year. I just saw the forecast for here, 70s for the first several days of the week--starting tomorrow.
Today I did a short, hard (for me anyway!) Pilates workout. I swear they work muscles in ways that, even though the moves look easy, boy they get ya!
Don't know what is on my agenda today, but at least I did a little workout.

Hi there!
Got up this morning with all good intentions of just hangin' out, but it was such a beautiful morning, it was too nice to be inside. I spent most of the morning weeding and trimming around the cactus garden. It was such a perfect day (started out in the mid 60's, with low humidity) that I almost enjoyed it! Then I ran to the grocery store, picked up a few things. I've convinced hubby to grill some brats, so I made a mac salad (we haven't had that since Elston and DP were here in April!) and here I am. Len's out cleaning the garage and re-organizing. That's a week-long venture in itself. Gonna grab a couple of magazines and plop my butt on the front porch. So nice to have all the windows open. Aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh....autumn!
It's beautiful up here too, warm, sunny but I'm guessing when I say temperatures in the 60's. We are supposed to see 70's this week too Connie! I wish I had the body where it could handle Pilates, or yoga but my back goes out if I do some of those things.
Got the shopping off my list and kiddies are stocked up on lunch stuff, man I swear we will save more money once we move from here. I buy all the food, T does so just sometimes if she wants something I don't usually buy, anyway food is just so expensive. I spent 120.00 today, and the only meat I bought was some ground turkey.
Best get the day is getting away from me.
