Good Friday morning everyone

Hubby is back from Atlanta and still having lots of pain. He has another doctors apt this afternoon and I am going to be there. I want answers and if he can't provide them then refer us to a Ortho Dr.

Didn't walk this morning because he is off and I wanted to sleep in. Slept till 5:45
However I will be going to the nursery in a bit to load the 4-runner up with as many bags of mulch as we can fit in.
lol can you guess what I have planned for part of today and the weekend.
Our Extension office is starting a new "Florida Friendly Backyard Recognition Program" Where we (Master Gardeners) go to peoples houses and if they meet the criteria they get a cool little sign to put in their yard.
Part of the training is going to each others houses to "practice"
My garden tour is Monday, hence the mulch and weekend plans. I have weeding and pruning to do
Can you tell I was not wearing my "Stop me before I volunteer again" T-shirt.

I have a feeling I will be putting muscles to work that have "slacked " off during the winter

Who will be first to post today

karla

Good morning everyone! Your plans sounds good, Karla.

Yes, it is time for your husband to see a specialist. Unfortunately, in this day and age of insurance and "managed care", we have to demand to get right and fair treatment because the insurance companies are now calling the shots for doctors (which is absolutely not right). Enter medical malpractice . . .UGHH. Don't get me started . . . did lots of med mal over the years, and this is how it happens. Good luck with your appointment today, and don't be afraid to demand what you want.

Everybody have a good day!

Perfect morning for the 12 mile bike commute to work, blue sky, no wind and about 55 degrees. Should be a great day today, and a nice warm pedal home in the late afternoon. Looking forward to a great weekend too, happy friday everyone!

1 hour dog walk on a beautiful morning done.

Dragged husband kicking & screaming to the chiropractor.

Took dog to petsmart.

Dropped t-shirts off at the silkscreener.

Now I am going to work on my tan for a few minutes before I have to drag husband kicking & screaming to get x-rays.
