good morning everyone

ok broke out the shorts for todays walk

I have to call and get lola a haircut with it getting warmer thats a lot of fur to be wearing

Lola made 2 new little poodles friends while walking. Compared to our greyhounds she is little, but when I see her next to the little poodles she looks so big lol

I guess now that it is getting lighter earlier more people are out and about.

I want to say thank you to everyone who has given me stars
talk about spreading the warm and fuzzies

ok who will be next to check in

karla

Karla, is this fur kid yours?

Thursday's "look what we did" exercise thread-dirty-dog.jpg

I'm having a "sit on my tush and do nothing" day. Well, I have to walk the dogs and then I'm basically thinking about nothing.

It's wet and nasty outside my window. I still had fun on my morning walk. Nothing like reverting back to being a kid and jumping in puddles

Hope you all have an outstanding Thursday!

30 minute dog walk took 40 minutes this morning. There is a couple down the street who have adopted a racing greyhound. This poor dog is afraid of his own shadow and they are trying to slowly socialize him. Well, talk about a job custom tailored for someone! My dog is making it her personal mission to be friends with this guy. I feel so bad for him. You can tell he would like to sniff noses (or whatever) but he is just terrified. So, we spent an extra few minutes this morning walking with Zeus.

Well, I have to admit, I almost whimped out this morning and skipped the gym. But then I thought how disappointed all my workout buddies would be if I did, so I did it! 30 min. weights, 32.5 min. dreadmill.

Thanks for getting me going today, folks.

tet tea lol omg not quite that bad I am goign to hide her form seing that picture to give her any ideas

evey tell them to just take it slow , remember there are so many new things that grey hasn't seen before. Suggest they carry a bunch of treat in their pocket when they walk. and when they come up to someone slip them a treat to give to the grey ,
some of the greys are shy but do fine one they get settled in .
You taking the time to let your dog meet him is great it will go a long way

nomoresnow lol I know i say the same thing to myself on those "I don't want to walk" mornings

Karla, I tried to give you gold stars for being brave & wearing shorts, but apparently I have been stingy with my love here lately.

Good morning friends! You east coasters just always get stuff done earlier than us folks out in the west. Treadmill went well yesterday so I'll do that again today, 40 min and then do weights for another hour. All right, I'm off!! I'll check in later!
