Morning everyone
This was the most recent update

Hi. Charlie (Cheryl's S.O.) here. Cheryl got home about an hour ago and is very tender. Had to boot the dogs out as they would try to nuzzle her. She will try to use ibuprofen for the pain but have some stronger stuff if she needs it. Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers as they seem to have worked. Hopefully she will be on here herself in a few days.

Got home from babysitting around 1:20

Saturday Night Fever came on around 12 so I was able to stay awake

lol Make me flash back to wow we wore some pretty ugly clothes back in 1977

Did I ever mention that a friend took to dancing to the club were they filmed the movie. I think it was sometime in the 80's Not real sure of the because the 80's were a tad fuzzy. I do remember it was very cool with the flashing dance floor
I remember being surprised as to how small the place was.

ok time to get dressed for breakfast and boy am I hungry this morning which is probably because I forgot to eat dinner last night

back to chat more when we get home

Glad to hear Cheryl is home, again thank you for the update Karla!
Just a regular Sunday here, Church, cleaning and laundry. Hummmm Karla send the cleaning fairy over to my home will ya?
Not much else in the way of news here. Temps are climbing and we should see 70's this week. I am so ready for Spring!!!
Hubby had a phone interview yesterday, actually it began on Wednesday and carried through to yesterday. They want him to come over and interview in person but I think he is going to decline. Bob is in printing and the big companies are the best to work for, this is a small newspaper and they only have one press so we are thinking it might be best to collect the unemployment and look for a better offer. This will make the 2nd interview he has had so that is pretty good in today's time. Something better will come
I'll see everyone later. Bye.

Morning peeps!

Beautiful morning here. Upper 50's with bright sunshine.

Shadow & I have been for a lovely walk this morning. She will head to Grandma's house later so I can watch the race in peace.

Laundry is going......

Thanks for the update on Cheryl. Good to know she's home where she can get some rest.

Got laundry going here, too. Don't know what else is in store, but we looked at some front doors last night at Menard's--walked around there for a long time, spent a whopping 15 bucks! Some of their prices on things were cheaper than at our grocery store!! Laundry soap, dish soap, granola bar kinda things, it is very odd. But evidently there is MUCH to know about buying a front door, so guess that's another pipe dream.

Have a nice Sunday everybody.

Hi, all.

Busy day, starting at the flea market this a.m. Did some other shopping, went out for Chinese buffet. I had a special request for my pumpkin cheesecake, so when we got home from all the shopping, including Bealls, I sent Laurie to the pool while I make the cheesecake. Here I am, catching up. Tired, too. There has been lots of talking, laughing, soul-baring, eating, and drinking going on the past couple of days. Not much sleeping, tho. That's ok. I can sleep when she's gone. I'm afraid I'll have a few more pounds to lose once she leaves, tho.

Thanks for the update on Cheryl. I'm sure just being home helps a lot. Still keeping her in my thoughts, as I know all of you are.

Hugs. Have a great evening.

ok my laundry got jealous, because everyone elses laundry was getting done today
So before I ended up with a dirty clothes stampede on my hands
I tackled 5 loads
I am still trying to figure out how 2 people(both who work from home) can generate so much laundry

Evey lol Lola decided we were not going to have a peaceful "movie day " lol maybe I should of sent her with shadow to your MIL's

Sandy yes in such a specialized field having the 2 interviews speaks volumes that he has the skills and background that gets companies attention.
Small companies can be scary we all have our fingers crossed that he will find the perfect fit very soon

Fuzzy remember when we replaced out front doors last year, we also put the new door in the office and C/D replaced a side garage door last year
I found the prices at a local door company were much lower than the big box stores you might want to give a couple of them a call

Pattie it sounds like you guys are having a blast !!! When does she head back ?
