Good Morning! Jeannie, sounds like you are having a good day. I am doing laundry today too. Washed my cats padding for the outside dogloo. Those are the things that smelled like my dh that we put into the dogloo to get her to stay inside. I guess the dog smell was still there. New tip for the day for those who have pets outside. I have a water bottle type thing that dispenses water slowly. I put the 2 liter container almost filled with water in the freezor overnight. That made it much easier to get the container "loaded" this morning and the cat will have cold water for the day. This is the first time I have tried this, so I will let you know how it works.

Izzy, glad you are feeling better. That must have been some bug! Can you believe those telemarket people. Guess they are desperate.

Coffee and milk
banana--very ripe
peanut bar

NCN, that water container is a good idea. My cat doesn't drink fresh water at all. I always put a cup of water next to her food but she doesn't drink it. She prefers rain water out of the watering can in the garden do I have to understand that?

Izzy, glad you're feeling better. I send you some cyber hugs so you'll feel perfect again by tomorrow lol

Jeannie, how's the house selling going?

Work was a bit boring again today. There's not so much to do so I cleaned up all the paper work in the office. Hopefully the business gets better soon. I prefer stress to boredom!

Creamy quark with chocolate chips for breakfast.
Cabbage leaves stuffed with ground meat and herbs along with sourcream and potatoes for lunch.
Ice cream snack.

After work I went to my grandparents' garden where I had a piece of cheese cake.
Nothing for breakfast so far.
It's 6:09 p.m., DS is in bed and the hubster on his way to his soccer training. I'm hungry - hmmm, I wonder if I should walk into the kitchen and look into the fridge.

My cousin and her bf are coming over later. Tonight's the final at Germany's next topmodel. I love that show....

well my relaxing day turned into a major cleaning day. We had someone look at the house yesterday who is very interested and coming back tonight. Our realtor told us to have the house in tip top shape, smelling good and some relaxing music playing when they come. I do what I'm told. Positive vibes from all my food journal buddies!

plain/vanilla yogurt with flaxseed and Grapenuts

Jeannie, don't forget the gingerbread in the oven. LOL It is probably too hot for that now. My dh wears Old Spice and puts it on when he goes to work in the bedroom office. When I come home from the aquatic center, it always smells so good. I think he does that just for me. It is so nice having him home and not having to come back to an empty house.

Talking about smells, you ought to smell that compost bin. There is a definite onion smell coming forth when I open it to put in more scraps. That's becoming my lunchtime walk--out to the compost bin and back and then wash the "glow" off my face. A friend told me that Southern ladies never sweat, they glow.

We had turkey sausage and slaw and whitewheat for lunch. I also had 2 slices ham, because I don't really like turkey sausage that much. Dh had a tossed salad with his also. We will have the leftovers for dinner, so I guess that finishes the day for me.

Miguel's Mom, our cat goes for the rainwater in the dirty container also. Go figure! I took all the other water away so she will have to try the ice water. She is gone. Probably making her way down to the little branch at the bottom of the hill. I give up.
