Had two cups of coffee so far at 2:13 pm. For lunch I had two small pieces of Tilapia baked and about a cup of spinach...

Hi Piknatari,I haven't been in touch with you for a while

Went to a Vietmamese eatery with my co workers across the street had some beef soup. Vietnamese soup is about the same everywhere here.can't tell the difference

A little bit of salt and pepper and a small dab of margarine. I sprayed the pan with canola oil. Some lemon.
