Morning ladies and friends.

Windy day here-maybe some sun but all downhill after today.

Breakfast-the usual.
Lunch not sure-maybe sliced turkey and salad.
Dinner-was going to be swedish meatballs but meats like a rock-so plan B is pizza.

Morning jeannie and Lacey....

Carving pumkins sounds like fun Jeannie. When DD does that she makes pumpkin bread/pie and roast the seed.

Well lets see
2 slices of toast and strawberries
Lunch is out but will have a salad of some kind.
Dinner will be one of those meal in bag thingies.
Going to be another busy day so it's got to be fast.

Hello girls.

Only 30 more minutes at work, then rushing home to pick up DS and play with him. My kitchen needs to be cleaned badly but I'm just not in the mood, most of all with DS eating rather below the table than on it

1 slice of cake
again left over (Bohemian dumplings, 1 slice of beef and tomatoe sauce)
half a yogurt
1 cookie
Dinner - not sure yet. I still have everything I need for chicken wraps...

Have a great day all.

Jeannie, I hope you have fun carving the pumpkins!

Good morning.
So glad someone is eating pumpkin. It is so good for you.
Big talk around here is the rock slide on I-40 that cuts us off from the West. Funny thing, we used to be able to survive before the road was built?? It was so wonderful when that road was built through the mountains. It cuts off hours from a trip.
Big bowl of corn flakes with regular sugar and a cup of coffee.
Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho, it's off to the dentist for a cleaning I go.

Sounds like a plan Izzy!

Change here-took low fat black bean chili out of the freezer-so that's dinner over rice w/2% cheddar cheese and low fat sour cream.

Lunch-Mr. L said out and it will be a chicken wrap cause I know where we're going and they make them so good.
