Morning friends. It's been very quiet here lately but we'll keep posting and plugging and hopefully not have to "pull the plug" on our Journal.

Beef stew was delicious last night and will be repeated tonight.

Warmer day here, currently 26 above.

Breakfast-usual yogurt/fruit
Lunch-tuna salad and spinach salad
Dinner-the stew and mostly the veggies.

Have a great day all.

Good morning, Judi
No we don't have to pull any plugs as long as there is one of us here to post for the day.
I have been goofing off as usual. Today is a new day. You have the cold weather and we have been under the weather. Wonder which is worse. Mr. VA is still coughing and I cannot get him to go to the doctor again. We are trying to stay away from people as much as possible because of the swine flu. You would think everybody in this area that is going to get it would have had it already, but there is still talk about it. I bet if there is a swine flu map somewhere we are probably one of the busiest places on it.

If you didn't know I am crazy already, you would know it now. LOL
That was 3 1/2 servings that came to about 385 calories.
Judi, you are going to love my choices for the next little while.
I'm not saying a thing. Going to keep you guessing.

Yes, that is a lot of beans. When I first put them in the plate, I thought, "I can't eat all of this," but I just kept picking up another one and they were good. I am sure I will pay for it.
Would you like to sit beside me while we watch TV this afternoon?

Mr. VA had oyster stew. I don't like oysters.

I think I am going to eat about 1/4 head of lettuce now. I am into vegetables today.

Thank God for Beano!

Well, yes and lets keep it going. I had the lettuce wedge and then added corn tortilla chips. And lots of water

Dinner was three mini corns on the cob and a salad of lettuce, celery, cucumbers and more water.

Banana

I don't like any kind of oysters and most seafood. I will eat tilapia and flounder and I used to eat shrimp until one day they made me think of a sea animal worm. I just can't bite them anymore. I love fresh water trout though.

I am just about ready to call it a night.
