I did my 2nd day of Power 90, the sweat one kicked my butt, the abs were nothing compared to the sweat routine. Whatever gives me a good body and prevents me from going to the dungeon, the gym, I am happy. I know I need to eat better to receive better results out of any workout, but we will see how that goes. Nuts and berries anyone?
I would like to switch my American diet to a Japanese diet. I LOVE cold water fish, rice, and veggies. There is also a lot of hard metals in those kind of foods, but we will see. I need to learn how to treat the filet to kill all the nasty bacteria and any viruses because I like my fish raw, like sushi. I also saw this cool idea that fresh and easy had. It was an open faced sushi roll. Instead of making 4 sushi rolls, just put those ingredients into a bowl, including the rice and its a salad.
I only refer to diet as what I eat not "limit my eating to lose weight" deal.
