Yeah, there are two NPR stations in Dallas: news/talk KERA-FM/90.1 (
KERA | Public Television, Radio and Online Media for North Texas ) and all-music KXT-FM/91.7 (
KXT 91.7 Public Music Radio for Dallas Fort Worth Denton ). Don't forget there's also a non-NPR non-commercial station: eclectic (lots of jazz, blues, world music, Latin) KNON-FM/89.3 (

You bet, National Peoples Radio. KERA-FM/90.1 I'd listen to it on Saturday's on my drive home and it had the show that SNL spoofs with Alec Baldwin and his "Schweaty Balls" and recently resurrected for Betty White and her muffin. I used to listed to The End of the Road Show, with Tom Bodett - that was great.

You have never heard NPR referred to as that? NPR has been often referred to as National Peoples Radio for years because its very liberal leaning. Yes I was trying to liven things up, but geez, if you have to explain.... My humor can be very subtle and dry, but this was pretty obvious.
