I'm trying to help my brother find a place to live. He's relocating from FL for a job as a pilot. He's required to be close to the Addison airport (within 20 min). Because he'll be working out of town a lot, he doesn't want to spend a lot on rent, yet he wants a safe place. He'd like to keep it in the $500 range, but I don't know if that will be possible. He wants a newer place with a nice kitchen. He doesn't care if it's one bedroom or a studio, although a bedroom would be preferable. Size of the place isn't that important. He'd rather it be nice, safe, and it has to be close to Addison airport. Any suggestions?? He needs to try to find a place this week, as his company won't pay for a hotel after that. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Thanks! That's what everyone has been telling him, but he couldn't find availability. I've looked high and low online, but everything seems pricier than what he wants to pay. Is he going to have to pay more? Also, do you know the names of some good complexes around there?

I don't know specifics about Addison Circle except that it is right next to the airport and near the area where the city of Addison holds festivals. Great location.

I know folks who lived at the Fairways of Bent Tree and they liked it and the cost was reasonable compared to all of these new luxury places.

Update: My brother went to look at a couple places yesterday and he said they were in a bad part of town and the traffic was a nightmare. So he's decided to pay a little more for something in a better area without all the traffic. He's off most of the day today, so if anyone has other recommendations of places to check out, please let me know and I'll pass it on. He said the lady at the office at Addison Circle said they're completely full.

Thanks! Wow... those are nice, but pretty expensive. I think he'd probably like to stay under $700 or right around there.

The places he looked at yesterday weren't in Addison. They were called Lake Highlands Landing and The Azul.
