Any one have experience with either of these two firms? I know TB rather well from living in the midwest & northeast - they have a good reputation for building homes in areas with great schools and their products deliver quality, service and lasting value. However, anecdotal conversations with RE professionals over the last month indicates that the perception in the metroplex is not the same. Any idea why? I understand that BB is the custom version of a larger company - what is their reputation like?

Thanks

RJ
