Thanks everyone! We went ahead and put an app on the apartment on Fitzhugh! The price a lone was really to good to pass on. We are really excited and the anxiety of waiting to hear back from the landlord is killing us

LOL @ Targhetto... yea we go to that Target all the time now and it is kind of ghetto but its convienient and carries all my hair products LOL

Fitzhugh -- without a doubt.

I don't think I've ever heard of someone looking in either Lewisville or on Fitzhugh though. They are 30 miles apart! One is a suburb of a suburb. The other is in the middle of the city near one of the trendiest night spots in the region.

Seconded.

The Targhetto and everything else is a bike ride away at Cityplace, and you're in the geographic middle of the Greenville/M-street/Knox-Henderson area. Wish I had bought back then, but I was a teenager at the time. I'm sure that rents in the area have at least doubled in that time.
Targhetto...LOVE it...so fitting for that particular location. I went there a lot when my mother was in the hospital at Baylor following her stroke and man, let me tell you...lots of VERY sketchy characters.

Hey, don't knock the CityPlace Target!! Those SMU girls swoop in every time a designer collection (like Calypso St Barth) launches and buy out the whole store! The only thing it doesn't have is a good Target grocery selection.

It's not the only ghetto Target...I can think of others (the one at Montfort and 635 leaps to mind) but it's pretty bad!

Yea, I have never had issues with that Target.

The Neighborhood Walmart, on the other hand... *shudders*
