Don't let the above poster scare you, apartment review sites are not that reliable. When me and my wife were looking at apartments we toured a couple in that area (lakeside and landings, Escena) and I thought they were nice apartments in a gorgeous area. Yeah they are close to power lines;however, I'm sure Irving planning department would not have approved them if they were unsafe. Apartments in the La Villita
