Hey fellas,

I was wondering if anyone had an idea of all the new home subdivisions in Southlake either those that are still currently selling open lots/custom homes or subdivisions that are in the planning stages and may be popping up shortly...?

Also, which parts of Southlake would be preferred? North of 114? Or south of 114? Do I want to be close to the Town Square?

All I know are Estes Park and Shady Oaks. I think Clariden Ranch is also in Southlake.

Thanks!

Yes it's in Southlake but part of it falls into Northwest ISD if you are looking to stay within Carroll ISD.

Call the planning office, they will know better than anyone here. You should care more about what schools the home will report to than being close to Town Square.

What happened? Last time I seen your posting I would have rest assured that you
found a nice location on Flower Mound. Now it seems that your desires are for Southlake.
My vote is: South of 114,
Good Luck.

Copy that. What I meant was are property values more lucrative if you are closer to the Town Square?

Still looking at both... I've narrowed it down to those 2 as my top 2 choices for where to live. I am still very open to Flower Mound.
