I knew what you meant. Having been through 13 of these in one night in the county where I used to live is quite incredible. Yes indeed , it's amazing to see such a meteorological phenomenon first hand (for those that don't like the word cool). The destructive force is incredible for something so localized.

Autumn, There are too many areas to report, can't keep up. Stay OFF the roads people, good grief maybe we need to do a better job of educating the newcomers.

The storms are being covered here in OKC by our local news since so many of us have family and friends there. Just checked on all my family south of Dallas, and they were close, but no damage at their homes. So far, all the relatives in Ft Worth are okay too.
Be safe everyone.

Clear from Fort Worth on west now. The Dallas side will still be getting a lot of strong rain and hail. Tornado watch still in effect.

Dallas Police are saying there is one at Trinity Mills and the Toll Road. People need to say off the roads, being in your car is not only dangerous (because the wind easily flips them), but because the emergency vechicles need to get through.

Better than 2 weeks after. What are the odds something like this will happen again anytime soon?
