You may also want to consider the possibility of a do it yourself fix (assuming only the screen is cracked). You don't have to be tech-savvy to fix your smartphone, especially with the vast knowledge of the internet. All it takes is a couple of Google search queries to find the specific part you are looking for and a set of instructions to remove and insert the new screen. I personally never buy any insurance policy from the cellphone provider anymore just because of this.

Interestingly, it's simply amazing how an industry such as cell phone repair only flourished because of the clumsiness of man.

I agree with you, banal, but if something gets damaged I had to pay full price for another phone. I rather going through the company to avoid any issues.

Samsung just gave my husband a new phone then. Mine started to give me trouble at the beginning of this year (rebooting, freezing, etc.) and the warranty gave me a Note 3. Now my husband's phone has the same problem but he says that he wants to wait a bit in case they release a Note 4 haha.

Thank you for the recommendations, especially the RSI place. I'll keep them in mind.
