Does anyone here know when they will have the 2012 display up? I couldn't find any announcement online or the exact date last year's went up. I have seen it on TV before, but I am visiting Dallas next weekend and was hoping that it would be up by then.

Thanks

Why don't you try calling the downtown store?

I was told by a reliable source (my partner does business with NM) that it will be Nov. 17th.

Look up City Lights. It will be Nov 17 - attracts a huge crowd. Santa always makes a dramatic entrance.

Where is a good casual spot to grab an early dinner beforehand (with a toddler)?

Campisi's Pizza is in the same city block as Neiman's, just through the Main Street alley connecting Main & Elm. Casual and good!

The website lists parking options . . . anyone have any experience trying to park? Last time we took the DART and may just do the same again this year, unless parking is a breeze.

Hate that we'll miss it this year, but we'll be there for NEXT year for sure!
