I find it interesting that the most recent comments are almost three years old. Are there any recent (2008 - 2009) Grand Home owners who have comments either good or about Grand Homes? I have visited a few Grand Homes communities and have really liked the homes. Have there been difficulties recently with this builder? I can't find anything negative (or positive) that is recent.

There are plenty of threads on Grand Homes. Just search for 'Grand Homes' on this forum.

Angry Grand Homes Dallas

I can only state that two friends have purchased Grand Homes, and they have been horrible experiences for both! One has already put her home up for sale in the Bluffview area - purchased just a little over a year ago, and is willing to take a loss! Structural damage, foundation problems, no parking, promises not kept, hardwood flooring coming up, leaks, and so on and so forth. The second friend is still in negotiation with Grand, and they keep changing meeting times and dates. He's now engaging an attorney to deal with them!

It's amazing they keep selling houses like this, you would think it would catch up to them after awhile.
