Anyone has the right to be an object if they choose to be. See, movies, TV, advertisement, performance art, modeling, etc.

How is equality an issue here? Is someone in a protected class being denied service, employment or equal compensation? No. You just don't like how these waitresses choose to make a living. That's your issue not theirs. No one is forcing anyone to dine or work at this restaurant.

I was raised that all windows are blacked out regardless whether they have curtains on them or not. In other words, people should not be looking into windows. They are for looking out of, not into. This has something to do with the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
If a company invites you to look into their windows, as in displays, that is different.
I will agree however that there just seems something wrong with naked women serving food. Being as there is nothing any sexier, they should all be made to wear low cut aprons.
