Yes, that's it, with the big arch. It has a protected sidewalk, so its no problem walking over it. There's also a little clearing on the north side of it that's good for taking photos. Its really elevated and you can see well to the north and west. There's also a nice view from the Hampton Bridge over the Trinity River, that's not as extensive, but gives a really nice linear similar to the Belmont. The only views that compete with the Hampton Rd view IMO are from different highrises around the area. The view from downtown FW makes Dallas look like a mini manhatton. The view from some of the high rises along the North Tollway also have a great view. What is now SER at the top of the Anatole is pretty spectacular as well. Especially in Preston Center. Just hard to get into those places.

The Westmoreland to Mockingbird bridge. It also has a narrow walkway.
