Default Update on Time Warner

I just got a call from an engineer who told me that the problem was indeed on their end; an amplifier was having problems. He said they wouldn't have even checked it if I hadn't been such a pain in the butt calling them 2-3 times a day for four days straight.

In this case I suppose persistence paid off. It's all better now.

Thanks! Everybody had such great advice in the other thread that I'll keep all of it in mind if this ever happens again.
