75025 is a great and desired area, but I don't think you will find any furnished appartments. There are only a few appartments complex in that area, nothing under $1200/1500 non furnished. It is moslty single family houses. Your best chance would be a extended stay hotel. The closest would be the Marriott Corporate on legacy dr in Plano.

75025 is a very desirable area, and as above poster mentioned, it is predominantly single family homes. There is a complex at Independence & McDermott, but not sure if they offer furnished units. Please note the complexes in this zip code North of McDermott are going to feed to Frisco ISD schools, not Plano. 75093 has more apartments per capita. It's just SW of 75025, so maybe look into that.

It is Frisco ISD , but those schools are also very high rated.

You have better chances to find furnished apartment in Plano's 75024 and 75093 which are adjacent and feed to pretty much similar schools. There are more corporate offices in that part of Plano so furnished apartments are easyly available. You can call any realtor or relocation agency for help, this is a free service. [mod]need at least 10 other posts to make specific recommendations [/mod]

True. However, it's important to provide clarification, because when someone says Plano from out of town, they might be looking for Plano ISD. Many folks from out of town don't realize school district boundaries do not always coincide with city limit boundaries, so it's important to know the areas feeding to Plano ISD are going to be South of McDermott.

This.

Always check the school the apartment is zoned to before signing the lease. The best way to do is to go to the ISD website and check if the apt address is zoned to that ISD. I personally know a few out of state people who signed the apt lease assuming they will be going to one school only to know later that they were zoned to a different school.

Check airbnb as well if you are looking to just check out the area. ExecStay by Marriott might be an option too...

I live in 75025.

Be aware, as its been mentioned, McDermott is the dividing line between Plano and Frisco schools. Everything south of McDermott is Plano and north is Frisco. Both school districts are excellent though Plano schools tend to stand out a little more.

There are some apartments between Hedgecoxe and McDermott on Independance that have Plano schools. All the others in the area have Frisco schools.
