There is one lot left in Bridgewater Crossing, same homes you'll find built by Toll at West Park. The lot backs up to Renner though, but its probably worth checking out. Last I checked, there was about a $75-90k variance between the two subdivisions just from a price standpoint while the difference in build quality were negligible.

This is an infill development, the only new construction community in that zip code of Plano, and one of the last new construction opportunities in Plano in general. As a result, they are charging a premium price for the location & the opportunity to own a new construction home in an area where there aren't other new construction options. It's easy to find a 70s or 80s home in 75075, but this is your only option for post-2005.
Not exactly. In this area alone, they are about to demo a church and build new homes right on 15th Street and the largeish lot on Plano Parkway and Independence is being considered for single family homes. In short, if you want to live in this area (and West Park is too expensive) and get a new home, you have options coming on-line in the next year or so.

oh thank you for this..would like to check that out! though i cannot seem to find listings for "bridgewater crossing" anywhere..might have been already sold. will definitely check it out though. we loved, loved, loved the Nottingham model home of TollBrothers at West Park Villas, but we really can't comfortably do $520k+. If it was in the $460s though that would be doable. Close to Renner Rd would be actually a plus for us anyways. thank you!!

There are no lots left at Bridgewater Crossing. The community recently closed out completely.
