While it may be a bit of a drive, drees is also building in Canyon Falls, west side of flower mound. This will be the next up and coming area in the Big Mound for sure. not crazy about the firewheel location.

Good builders for sure!

Where did you see the lot map, with some sold lots? Could you post the link here?

Darling is a different company after the Taylor Morrison acquisition. I think their quality and customer service has dropped a notch. Just something to think about. AL is actually on a upward trajectory it seems.

Most friends say that west of Long Prarie, too close to cross timbers and its not a good location. Better to look at other luxury homes in the area.

Let me know what you all feel.

It's not the best area of Flower Mound, but that's not much of a knock. Most all of Flower Mound is pretty nice.

Anyone bought in this community? Any thoughts on this particular area flower mound? Darling homes are in 650 to 700 range. It's zoned to Forest Vista Elementary, ForestWood Middle and Flower Mound High.

I personally do not feel there is not a not nice part of Flower Mound. Forest Vista and Forestwood are really good schools. Is it the most expensive part of town? No. Are there 250k homes there that your children will have to go to school with or drive by in order to get to school? Yes. It's just a matter of perspective.
