The investors were creative. I don't see why Perot Jr's camp couldn't do the same.

If this Perot tower comes to fruition, at this point it needs to be north of Woodall Roger's in Uptown to create great spacing. Who knows. We might end up with 2 supertalls within the next 3 years.

Make sense...A office/residential component with a large garage at the base would get you a super tall. The demand is still there for residential units. I can definetly see this happening.
