I need to get out of living in an apartment.

I've looked for some nice places to park a big RV trailer house, but no such place exists around Richardson (nice ones anyway).

Have been looking for a small house (not one of those "tiny homes") maybe one or two bedroom around the North Richardson area, but don't find anything.

I'd like something thats not in a crowded neighborhood for sure, and definitely in a quiet area.
And got to have covered parking.

Not looking to buy, only to rent. Unless its "rent to own", then that would be interesting as well.

Interested in something within 5-10 miles of the Renner/Shiloh intersection.

I truly don't know if that exists. Most everything house wise is 3 bedroom 2 bath. Perhaps downtown Richrdson or downtown Plano as there are a couple newer developments and some older "fixer uppers" that might fit the bill for you.

Richardson is a hot market. Good luck with that.

Rent to own is almost impossible to do in Texas. Most attorneys will not touch due to the liability.

I don't think you'll find that in Richardson. You either need to consider having a roommate in a larger place or look elsewhere.

What about RV trailer lots that are by themselves and not in a trailer park (as all of the trailer parks Ive seen around here are extremely ghetto) ?

Or mobile home parks that are nice and clean?

There's gotta be something like this in the Richardson/Murphy/Wylie area.

Nope. City zoning doesn't allow living in RVs and mobile homes. The few mobile home parks are grandfathered in. If you want a mobile home, you're going to have to go way out to a rural area.

There is a trailer park in Frisco, just north of Lebanon between the rollaway and Preston. Don't know anything about it, just that it's there.

There are no trailer or mobile home parks in Murphy.

There are a few small houses in Richardson Heights/Heights Park, mainly the 500 and 600 blocks of any street in either neighborhood. I've seen 2-2s and 3-1s there. Some are rentals. Look in zip code 75080, west of 75, east of West Shore, south of Arapaho, north of Spring Valley.

The area you're talking about is on the newer end of Richardson and you're not likely to find an affordable small house there. Concentrate your search on older parts of town. Houses were (on average) built a lot smaller back in the day. Our house is "big" for our neighborhood but it's still less than 2k sq ft.

You can park an RV on your property in Richardson but there are some pretty strict rules around that. If you rented there, you'd have to clear it with the LL first, then call the city to make sure you're following code to the letter.
