The designer lacks originality. All of his work looks the same. Also, his designs aren't very sustainable in Dallas. They seem to be replacing entire lawn areas of Klyde Warren on a consistent basis.

That's because people pack the park out on a normal basis so it causes more wear and tear on the lawn.

Thats a good problem to me. And...the details of the park change frequently so what you see in renderings may not be what they go with in the end.

Im not really to picky about amenities...as long as they build the darn thing it will have an impact that's sorely needed in southern Dallas.

I do not think you have gained a single resident because you know how to put a park on top of a freeway? Focus on murder and traffic.
So I guess NYC should get rid of Central Park.

Lots of people live south of I-30 in Dallas and love it. Some of my best friends live in Oak Cliff and they love it. Guess what all sorts of people visit the zoo and other attractions south of I-30 and leave just fine.
This is hilarious coming from you, because I've routinely seen you display the SAME kind of attitude towards the Dallas suburbs, and matter-of-factly post information and opinions about areas outside the Dallas city limits that are just as misinformed, particularly when it comes to the northern burbs.

Yeah and where the park will be built isnt that THAT bad.

Ill happily go there, no worries.
