In addition to above, couple more options
(1) I am not sure about your time frame, if you can wait - a new home community is coming up right at Exchange and Ridgeview - Walnut Springs at Twin Creeks by Landon Homes - it's an excellent area - with STEAM center across, sports complex's coming up and many massive developments announced near by. Can't beat the location with convenient access to 121 and 75.
(2) There are couple more neighborhoods at Montgomery Farms at 75 and Bethany intersection - Montgomery Ridge by Ashton Woods & Angel Field West by Southgate homes, both next to 75, very good options as well.

I think they all are in $400, $500's range - depending on sft etc. I saw a sign for Walnut Springs, starts from $500's, but on their website saw they have pre-opening prices at high $400's. I would suggest call them and find out, also personally look around all other neighborhoods, amenities and chose one that best suits your needs. All the best.
