Hi,
I have a 5 years computer which was just great, until yesterday.
Now, it is not allowing me to log in to windows.
I would appreciate if anyone can recommend on a good and trusted place to fix my computer. I got all my stuff in it (pictures, videos, document, etc.) and I really want someone I can trust to take care of it.

Thanks.

Get somebody to mount the computer's hard drive as an external drive to read the contents. I have a bad habit of only backing up my hard drives about once a month (just in case).

Like you are locked out as if the password changed or it won't actually boot? If you are just locked out you can probably download a crack disk from somewhere on a different pc. I did that for my grandparents and as long as the password was 16 characters or less it could crack it. As someone else mentioned you can add it as a second hard drive to another system just to remove any data you wish assuming nothing is wrong with the drive itself. If you just have a random tech savvy friend I would have them take a look first. This doesn't sound like something you would need a pc repair place for just yet.

Thank you. I'm locked on the login screen, but I prefer someone to do that.

There is a computer repair shop in Irving, that I have used for years! The owner, Jimmie, has been fixing mine forever and not too expensive!
