Is there anyone that can give me an opinion on these apartments? I think I'm going to relocate here, however, they want a 1 yr lease so I want to be sure. I'm thinking about going with a 700 SF 1 BR to start. From what I've gathered, they have one of the nicer complexes in the area.

The Villas
I asked my friend up in Sherman about the Villas. One of her co-worker's husband actually manages these apartments. So...obviously, they may be a bit biased
but they said that the Villas were voted "best apartments in Texomaland."

I'm guessing about 40 minutes away from Mckinney. I work as a Director for a non-profit call center in Sherman.

The Villas may be nice, but I've heard they are very small inside. For more room, I would go to Post Oak on 1417 or Woodcreek Apts in Denison for very roomy apts. They are a little older, but they are well kept up.
