There is a chance we will be relocating to Dallas, and my office will be at Park Central. I'm hoping someone here can comment first hand on what a commute from the Fairview area down 75 to the Churchill Way exit into Park Central is like. The commute times would be 6:30 in the am and 5:30ish in the pm. Fairview would be the most extreme distance of what we are considering, so this is probably more like a request for commentary on 75 from anywhere south of mcKinney to Churchill Way exit, and visa versa.

I'd also be interested in other areas not on 75 that we should consider.

Thanks!

Just go straight up north on Coit from Park Central to Coit and Campbell and that will put you in the JJ Pearce attendance zone which is a well-regarding Recognized high school in the Richardson school district. The Exemplary elementary schools are Brentfield, Bowie, Mohawk, Canyon Creek and Prairie Creek. The city of Dallas is on the left side of Coit and the city of Richardson is on the right. This is close enough where you have zero highway commuting and you can go to and from schools during the day quickly if you need to.

We have a ton of folks here in the neighborhood that work at Park Central, and at the TI locations at Forest Lane and "The Hill." (635 & 75)

MurphyP - I assume "the neighborhood" you refer to is in Fairview?

From Fairview area to Park Central, 6:30am commute will probably take you around 30min since there is little traffic. 5:30pm commute on 75 heading North will be congested and may take you an hour.

I personally drive from Allen (Stacy and 75) every day taking the HOV to Park Central and it takes me about 20 minutes on a good day and 25-30 on a bad in Rush Hour traffic.
