How does one go about finding a rental agent and what is involved with using one? Do they get paid by me or is it a commission based job coming from the complex. I would like nothing more than to have someone there that can direct me to the best place for my family. Thanks

True. It is also one of the least expensive in the area.
We chose Towns of Chapel Hill over Windhaven, but it was more expensive by a couple of hundred dollars or so.
