I think you can find an efficiency at that price range. There is a complex on Coit in Plano near the Adventure Land putt putt place that is adverstising a studio for $525. It's tiny though. My hairdresser used to live in one. I think it's called Mandaley or something like that. It's on the newer side, but not brand new.

If you can find something in Los Colinas that would be a nice area. You need to really look at security coming in late every night though. Have you thought about getting a roommate or renting a room?

That's true, the advertised rate might be above her price range. But, in this economy, they might agree to take less. That's going to be true anywhere she looks.
