My sister is moving from N.Y. to Dallas. She is going to be working in the Las Colinas area. Does anybody know if QUAIL RUN CONDOMINIUMS is a good community to rent/buy? How much is the rent for a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo there? How about purchasing price? How about condo/HOA fee? Is it a safe neighborhood?

Quail Run is a very nice condo complex and offers a great location. A 3 bedroom should sell between $90-120k depending on the condition and footage. Not sure about rental price.

The problem that QR has had the last few years is they had to raise Condo Fees to a high level of $350-400 a month to pay for some improvements needed. I don't know if they will lower them in the near future.

If you don't mind paying a little more, the Valley Ranch area also has some nice condos. In VR a good unit will run you $110-140k.

Valley Ranch is also a nice, safe area with a great location.
